Every VANIE piece is handled individually—from production through packaging and shipment. The information below outlines our production timelines, shipping methods, return policy, and warranty.

Production

Most VANIE pieces are made to order and individually crafted after your order is placed.

Standard production time is approximately 3–6 weeks, unless otherwise noted on the product page.

Rush orders may be accommodated depending on production availability and the nature of the piece.

Because every VANIE piece is individually made by hand, production timelines may occasionally vary. If delays occur, customers will be kept informed throughout the process.

Ready-to-Ship Pieces

Ready-to-ship and one-of-a-kind pieces are clearly identified on their respective product pages.

These orders are typically shipped shortly after purchase.

Shipping

Domestic and international shipping are available.

Orders are typically shipped via FedEx unless otherwise arranged.

Every shipment is fully insured for its full value.

Signature confirmation is required upon delivery.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their destination country.

Lost Packages

If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, VANIE will work directly with the shipping provider to resolve the claim and determine the appropriate replacement or refund.

Returns

If you wish to return an eligible item, please contact VANIE within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once your return has been approved, the item must be shipped within 21 days of the original delivery date.

Returned items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition.

Unless the return is the result of a manufacturing defect or an error made by VANIE, customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the order, including the original outbound shipping charges and the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Worn or altered pieces.
  • Engraved or personalized items.
  • Pieces that have been resized or otherwise modified at the customer's request.
  • Certain custom or bespoke commissions.
Refunds

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Warranty

Every VANIE piece is covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects in workmanship.

The warranty applies only to defects resulting from the construction of the piece.

Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, impact, neglect, improper care, alterations performed by another jeweler, or normal wear is not covered.

Repairs

We encourage all repairs to be handled by VANIE whenever possible.

Customers are encouraged to contact us before arranging any repair or modification.

Care and maintenance recommendations accompany each piece upon delivery.

Repairs outside of warranty coverage will be assessed individually.
